招聘职位：Intern 实习生

Responsibilities：- Legalresearch;

法律调研；

-Consultwith the government authority about legal policies;

向政府部门咨询相关法律政策；

- Draftdocuments to be reviewed by associates;

起草法律文件，待顾问审核；

-Formatdocuments;

格式化文件；

- Managefiles;

整理文档；

-Performother tasks as assigned.

完成其他指派工作。

Requirements：

-Postgraduate/undergraduate student of a reputable Faculty of Law;

法学院在读研究生或本科生；

-Proficiencywith MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);

能熟练运用MSOffice（包括Word, Excel和PowerPoint）；

-ExcellentEnglish in oral and written;

具备出色的英语听说读写能力；

-Self-motivatedteam player with excellent interpersonal and time-management skills;

工作积极主动，具有良好的人际关系，并擅于管理时间的团队合作者；

-Solidknowledge of civil and commercial laws.

有扎实的民商法基础。
